I've had great experiences over the years. Also, as a former business owner who suffered an occasional mediocre review from Google local guides, I have the feeling that the Google Guide program is a bit sketchy. The program seems to be operated like a contest crossed with a pyramid scheme (ie. the more reviews you do the more points you get and you move up in category). It may be that the result of the setup breeds quantities of reviews, not quality reviews. The google reviews also never matched up with the vast majority of public reviews from the community members that enjoyed our service. Suspicious.

Always fantastic customer service and support. If you're looking for a new bike at a great price, Paramount's value can't be beat. They also don't try to sell you stuff you don't need, and will find you something for your budget. Paramount is my goto place for bike shopping and their staff also has a wealth of knowledge.

If you're new to cycling I highly recommend having a chat with Lee, he will guide you in the right direction as far as bikes, equipment, local trails, and any other tips you need.

This is my favorite shop in Guelph! Great selection, nice staff. I haven’t had any repair work done so I can’t speak to anything beyond the cycling gear selection. Nevertheless, I’ll be back.

Bought a Giant Talon 3 here after being recommended by a friend. This is more like going to a bike expert shop than a sporting goods store. Big thanks to Kevin and Lee and all the other staff. Rode the bike and highly impressed...will recommend to others and repeat business.

I had an issue with my Yakima rack, and they took the time to help me out. They really didn’t have to - I bought the rack years ago elsewhere. Despite that, they helped me get the rack fitted snugly, and I was on my way. Great people.
