Purchased a 2014 scion tc from here for a great price. Sharma's customer service is A++ . Any problems i had with the car, Sharma took care of. This is what a real used car dealership does! I bought an Infiniti G37x from Royal City in the summer of 2017. The sales experience was fine, but what made this a 5 star experience was the reaction of the dealer when my car had problems. They took it in each time until the root of the problem was addressed (even after warranty period though for the same issue).
They provided a loaner each time they worked on my car. At the end of it all I think the service team and the owner went above what I would have expected to make things right and make sure i was satisfied.
Buying a used car can go sideways no matter what dealership you go to, but next time I'm in the market for a car Royal City will be where I go since I will have the peace of mind knowing I'll be well looked after.

Very happy with our 2009 fully loaded Buick Enclave. Kids love the DVD player they got working for us.
Be aware the warranty they offer does have a $1000 limit with a $100 deductible. We haven't needed it.
