Sean Murphy is an honest nice real estate agent. He knows the housing markets and trends really well. I use to do renovations and thought I knew a lot. Sean convinced me rightly not to buy houses that I wanted to buy but shouldn't have, and convinced me rightly about the real values of houses we looked at.
