Synnex Canada Ltd (Guelph ON)

I don't usually post reviews but I had to for Synnex. I bought a $2500 Gigabyte laptop from Canada Computers and it stopped working after 3 months. Canada Computers took the laptop back and sent it to Synnex (RMA). No RMA number was provided or how long it would take to get it back. IT TOOK 7 WEEKS to get get my laptop back which I needed for work. When I turned it on at the store it didn't start so it wasn't fixed. I couldn't wait another 7 weeks so I decided to deal with Synnex directly.

I got in touch with tech support and TONY IS THE BEST. He gave me the shipping, drop off and pick up information. Checked if they had the parts in stock for my model. I dropped off the laptop on Monday and Tony informed me they recieved it and that it was going to be looked at on Tuesday. On Tuesday, he told me that one of the correctors got loose during shipment and that it would be ready to be picked up or shipped on Wednesday. I picked up my laptop today and everything works great!

I haven't had an experience anywhere near as positive as this one and Tony is the reason for it. He helped me out, gave me all the information I needed, kept in touch with me daily about the status of the repairs and let me know when everyone was tested and ready to go.

The total repair time was 2.5 days by dealing with Synnex, opposed to 7 weeks and never hearing from anyone at Canada Computers. Highly recommend Synnex and Tony. Thanks again Tony!

These guys are seriously the best. I've been there 3 times now. Always quick and professional. Tony is the man!
