Ghalib is an outstanding employee. First, he saw me just walking outside and came out to greet me, next thing I know, he does his magic. After telling him what I was looking for, without a second of hesitation, he told me to try out three mattresses. I told him which one I liked the best, then he told me to try out two other ones on the other side. I narrowed it down to two, had a good try at both, and boom. I found the mattress that was absolutely perfect for me. It was that simple and that easy. He is very, very knowledgeable at what he does, and to top it off, he is also very friendly. Some of the best service I've ever gotten.

I recently purchased mattresses and appliances from The Brick Guelph and had a great experience. Charlie was friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. It was the exact opposite experience I received from the Kitchener location where the extremely pushy salesman pursued me around the store like a vulture. I will only deal with the Guelph location from now on.

Leah was great! She was very knowledgeable on each appliance I purchased. She went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted. She has a great sense of humor and actually made purchasing the appliances fun. I will definitely be returning to The Brick. Thanks again Leah!
