We are independant travellers who are fortunate enough to travel 3 months of the year. We dropped formal travel agents years ago. They just didn't get what we wanted.

Now we are forced to admit that booking through Natalie Collura at Tripcentral is the biggest travel epipheny we have had for a long time.

Natalie's attention to detail, encyclopedic business knowledge and pure dogged determination to get things sorted is so remarkably refreshing we wont look further in future. She is at present negotiating to get 8 of us a great deal to Mexico , dealing with the travel company, negotiating great deals on unadvertised rooms and keeping us in the loop as she goes. Great communication skills. We never have to chase her for info. What an amazing service. Take a bow Natalie, you rock!
