Amazing service. Honest up-front pricing. They recently recovered data from my CF (compact flash) card. I had just finished a shoot and the card wouldn’t mount on my reader. Then it refused to be accessed back in my camera

I sent my card in via ups and as soon as they received it they updated me on the progress.

When they analyzed it they gave me the pricing and waited for my approval.

The next day they emailed me a file list and uploaded a zip file with ALL of my data (580+) raw images PLUS unearthed tons of images previously shot and formatted. I didn’t need those but it just goes to show how much data can be recovered.

Apparently the card was stuck in panic mode (like me!) they removed the chips from the card and extracted the data.

I had a microSD card with years worth of pictures that got corrupted. After reading all of the other great reviews I decided to go with Recovery Force. Based on their track record, they don't really need another 5-star review, but I cannot recommend Luke and Recovery Force highly enough. They are something of magicians, and have been able to recover all of the data on an extremely robust encrypted external hard drive, at an extremely fair price, when no one else could do it. Add the fast and helpful customer service replies, and quick turnaround time, and I never bother to look elsewhere for data recovery needs, not even internally. Recovery Force will always be my go-to.

We had an external drive stop detecting on our computers this week and feared the worst. The content was valuable so we were prepared to pay for whatever it took to recover it. We went with Recovery Force due to the free assessment, competitive pricing, and reviews. The team was very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions about how the process works and after their assessment were honest and transparent about our drive only requiring a new housing and not a data recovery. In the end I was able to purchase a new housing for about $35 and am able to access my drive again. It is a testament to the customer service that RF provides that they were so honest and helpful with the solution when a company could have easily just put the drive in a new housing and charged full price. If you're looking for data recovery services, I fully recommend RF and will always refer people to them moving forward for their fantastic customer service.
