This is one of those "I know a guy" recommendations I make.

Alan worked in re-doing out basement. He installed new laminate flooring, baseboards, fixed a damaged wall and ceiling, all other minor details and did the entire painting job of the area. He showed us professionalism and absolute knowledge of his trade, advising what was the best venue to complete the task. And the best part was his very affordable prices. He is most reliable and will assist in an emergency, like when we had to install our new washing machine and needed some wood work done in the laundry room. Will highly recommend.

Allan was knowledgeable, funny and got the job done the right way. If we have any more renovations he’s the guy we are gonna call.
