I received my first order from Backdrops Canada! I love my backdrop and floor drop! Everything was perfect, from the amazing customer service to the beautiful products! I'm so pleased!

Amazing service and quality products!! Called with some questions today and reached Suzie who was was extremely helpful. She explained things thoroughly , gave me some advice and was willing to help with a "work around" to get me exactly what I was looking for.

The company I work for has ordered a Step& Repeat backdrop from Backdrops Canada for the past 2 years now (For an awards gala). Each year that have been consistently accommodating and helpful to anything we have needed or any questions we might have had. The staff there are extremely pleasant and timely in responding. Would 10/10 recommend ordering from this company!

I ordered my Christmas backdrop from here and the quality is great. It's very durable and it doesn't tear or crinkle like regular paper. A great option for any studio. Easy to set up and roll to put away. Suzie was also a great help and so accommodating. I realized I ordered the wrong size and she was able to exchange mine for the correct size. Really great staff and very knowledgable. Fantastic selection of products and very good quality.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service!! These guys (specifically Suzie!!) went above and beyond for me this weekend. Cannot appreciate enough the kind of time and care they put into their customers. Definitely won't be buying my backdrops anywhere else!!
