They often will advise you of potential and costly repairs that they can do while you car is being worked on. This will save you tons of money while they have access to changing faulty seals and parts at a reduced labour! This makes owning a higher end European car way more affordable in the long run.

Like most of the reviews here, really good/honest customer service and reasonably priced. They identified the problem quickly and was actually not what the VW dealership said the problem was. I saved myself >300$ than if I did the fix that was recommended at the dealership, which may have not even fixed the problem (go figure).

I took the advice from one other review to ask for a quote before they proceeded to working on the car to make sure it was within my budget. Definitely going to be bringing my VW there for anything in the future.
