I worked with Sam at Life Balance Nutrition for a 30 day group challenge and 1 on 1 coaching for a few months. The group challenge was so motivating - even though I missed the scheduled sessions because of my schedule, I still felt supported and Sam went out of her way to give me all of the necessary information. The 1 on 1 coaching was amazing, Sam worked with me to make a personalized plan that made sense for me and was easy to follow. She supported me the entire time and was always very responsive to messages! I had great results from both the challenge and the individual coaching - both in weight loss and my energy and motivation levels - even without being able to exercise at the time of the programs! My relationship with food has always been challenging and I have gone through multiple diets trying to find out which one was right for me, but I failed miserably at all of them, until I met Sam, she truly cares about your own goal and teaches you the importance of getting the right foods in your body.
