They never locked me into any contracts, and that speaks to their philosophy of helping businesses be successful.
Their fee is competitive and I never was tricked into overpaying for their SR&ED consulting and application.
If you're looking to find a firm that is more like a business partner and knows the SR&ED application process inside and out, I highly recommend John and his team. -

(April 27, 2020, 1:49 pm)Our company was using a different SR&ED consulting firm for years, but we decided to shop around because the old firm had too much employee turnover and we didn't feel they were giving good advice (too many CRA problems). It was a very welcomed change! MSN has been very responsive to questions, proactive and we are filing better claims (fewer CRA problems). They are great to work with and we like the idea of not being locked into a long term contract.
