Benchmark Carpentry is an amazing company with caring employees. They are all very knowledgeable and will execute the job to the highest standards.
Bert (owner), Allan (foreman) and the team completely rebuild our house (originally built in 1938). They demolished almost 90% of old structure and constructed the beautiful place to live in for many years to come. We had Bert and his crew help us with a repair for some water intrusion issues we were having and couldn't be happier. Bert was very knowledgeable, and experienced, and was able to provide good solutions that worked with our plans and within our budget.

In addition to that, the crew he sent mirrored those same qualities. They were prompt, friendly and clearly experienced. They were happy to exchange ideas when we hit a snag or when I had a concern.

Finally, the entire process from initial call to final invoice was complete in about a month, during a time when most reputable companies were hesitant to even quote. The quoted price was very reasonable, and true to the amount on the final invoice.
