I wanted to share a great first experience I had at autoNiche.
The car was taken on time, the cost was competitive and the work was done within the time they said.
They also gave me a complete Digital Inspection Report of my car and what they were doing. What??? I have never seen this before. Tremendously professional and transparent. Excellent feedback and communications with customers.
I was amazed! They were taking responsibility for their work and cared. Very unusual for an Auto Repair Shop.

They ran a report before doing anything and things are documented nicely. The price is about right and they have warranty to back their service.

Emily and the crew at Autoniche truly care about their clients and their vehicles. Emily is an amazing customer service rep, and Paul is an excellent and friendly mechanic. The detailed report that they provide, with pictures is a nice touch too.
I also really appreciated that they were able to fit my service into their busy schedule, very quickly, and that they were able to resolve the problem with a sense of urgency - since being without a working car is terrible.
In summary, I appreciate their quality service, and this has become my new preferred shop for all future work that I highly recommend.
