  This is a very nice hair salon. I just moved to this area and found this place on Google map. Got there very early in the morning and the girl was very polite and professional. I told her the hairstyle I want and she was able to get it done with no problem. Very knowledgeable staffs about newer trends. Strongly recommended.

  (Edit: I've been there since then and they have tons of fantasy colours, which I'm excited to try next time. This time my hair was done by both Sky and Winnie. Winnie was very understanding when I explained how my autism can make it hard for me to take care of my hair and make me very anxious when it comes to trusting other people with it. I really appreciated that, considering how anxious I can get. And although I did get anxious, as I did warn that I tend to do, Winnie stayed totally calm, and that helped me stay calm too :) The result, like last time, was gorgeous - a beautiful dark green. Over time it slowly got a bit lighter as the toner faded, allowing the green to come through more which I liked. Will totally come back!!)
  
  I went in a few days prior to make sure that they could work with my hair dye (I brought Arctic Fox in Aquamarine). Upon the advice of the male hairdresser (who has great hair himself) I ordered an extra bottle which came in handy at my appointment a few days later. It's important to always go in person in advance when making an appointment for colour for any salon. The one fantasy colour they do carry looks like a medium warm purple.
  
  He did warn me that my hair would need to be lightened for the colour to show at my roots but said we could adjust it if it didn't come out right, especially considering the reddish highlights I wanted to cover.
  
  Day of, I believe a woman named Cici (sorry if I spelled that wrong) did my hair. She followed the bottle instructions as I requested, including heat, and it came out beautiful! She gave me the best, and I mean the BEST scalp massage I've ever had. And not a single drop of water went down my back.
  
  I also like that there's plenty of sunlight so I can accurately see my hair colour, versus the artificial lighting in many mall salons.
  
  My Dad also comes here for his haircuts by the male hairdresser and always leaves happy. They seem to have a lot of walk-ins and still take them when it's close to closing time if it's just a haircut.
  
  They accept debit and cash. If you pay in cash you don't have to pay HST!

  Winnie is so friendly! I called and she fit me in the same day because I was desperate for a Color and cut! She’s so kind and does amazing work.

  Nice clean salon tucked away on John St. Make sure to turn into the plaza before Leslie or you’ll miss the entrance! Came for Winnie after hearing great things about her for a haircut for myself. She also does really good men’s cuts!
