  We originally bought a sofa form another Urban Barn that came delivered to our place with issues. The store manager at this location solved our issue, lowered the lead time on a new sofa, and offered free delivery.

  Great furniture BUT difficult to buy furniture here. You have to order, pickup at the warehouse and if you need to return items that don't work on your space...beware they have a 15% restocking fee! I think that's crazy and have never paid that anywhere else. I would not buy furniture from them again due to this return policy.

  The staff is really awesome! I had to pick out some decor for my living room and was having a tough time. The staff was very patient and helped me find everything I needed. My living room looks fantastic! Thanks so much!

  I visited the store on a Saturday and the staff were so pleasant very inviting very engaging we got into conversation about family in particular mine! my takeaway was how easy it was to engage in conversation with them. I love the purchase navy blue and white glass balls for a tabletop vase and i will definitely visit again
