Wonderful wool products. Lovely staff. Lost your care instructions? Just ring them up. A real person answers the phone and answers your question. No blathering automated recording, no “push three” then “seven” or whatever. Just a helpful knowledgeable human

I ordered 3 queen sized blankets for my 3 adult children, they were Christmas presents. I live in Ontario and phoned in the order, staff was friendly and helpful. The ordering process went smoothly and the blankets were shipped out before the estimated time. When the well packaged blankets arrived I was so happy with the quality and workmanship, these blankets are beautiful. You can tell that time and love went into the creation of each blanket...a true work of art. I am going to order another blanket for myself!

Absolutely amazing. So amazing to walk around the production facility while they are in full swing turning out the most beautiful blankets. The workers are very friendly and are more than happy to answer your questions. You can see everything, every step of the wool blanket making process, from raw wool to final product. A great history lesson as well, they are using the same equipment they used 7 generations ago. Not busy too! A hidden gem for sure. A definite must see.

What a wonderful place! I got to show my grandson around the mill, and as a weaver, explain to him all the things going on. He loved it. Fabulous fiber!

Amanda was so pleasant in describing all the products and so wonderful to talk to. My hubby fell in love with a lap blanket that he can’t wait to use and we live in Florida!! A Great stop on the way to North Point lighthouse!!
