I would give 6 stars if I could! Charles and Charles saved our vacation when our ML350 bluetec Mercedes began dying 3 days before having to drive back to Ontario. They diagnosed the problem, and had the parts shipped in for the next afternoon. Incredible friendly service!!!
I normally see labor around same price as parts... not this time! I had to look twice in disbelief. $264 from a total bill of 2353.02. Yes it was an expensive repair on an expensive car but only quality new parts were used along with a regular "A service" which was due anyway.
Thank you guys for fitting us in for this emergency repair on zero notice!

PS a year went by and a different issue developed on my ML350 Bluetec diesel. An oil leak from the intake which could not be solved by 3 other shops. Unfortunately I still needed to drive my car for vacation to and from PEI. I presented my problem with Charles as I was worried the leak would be trouble on the way home. He fit me in to see what he could do and his experience paid off in diagnosing the leak. A part was left out from another shop which Charles ordered and replaced in time for our drive home. I am so grateful for his assistance and expertise. His father Charles was also kind and reassuring as usual helping me enjoy my vacation without extra worry. If ever I retire in PEI, they will be my go-to shop for my Mercedes.

I went in with a friend who was worried about how much her repair was going to be. The owner was super kind, explained everything to her and the price was very fair. I can only say that he was honest and trustworthy the whole time. Seems to be a family run business of the best kind!

My foes escape is functional and driving very smooth ! Thanks to DCD my cad is fully up and running and I can drive comfortably without brake , sway bar and driver strut issues. Thanks so much for the awesome work and I was able to get my inspection done on my car from them as well in a timely manner. They were able to rectify whatever problems on my car and got the parts and fixed it
