A very big thank you to Blair, Chris and the delivery guys for going the extra mile to get our replacement fridge to us. When our old fridge died during one of the hottest weeks this summer and most stores were looking at a 4-6 week delivery time, MacArthur's had one in stock and had it delivered to us within 3 days. I needed a fridge fast, as the compressor died on my old fridge. I went to MacArthur’s and I’m extremely satisfied with the whole experience. The salesman, Chris, was very knowledge and took his time explaining the features of th fridges that were of interest to me. Once I made my selection, he was aware that I had no fridge so made sure that the new one would be delivered the same day. The delivery men were also excellent, in fact they were amazing. Took time and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I would highly recommend this business.

The team at MacArthur were wonderful to deal with. We purchased all of our appliances and had an ongoing issue with our oven. Chris and Jamieson worked with us to get a replacement, following up regularly to ensure we had a solution. I'd highly recommend MacArthur's and will absolutely be a returning customer!
