Prompt, friendly service. It took some time to figure out what the problem with our dryer was, and in the end we ended up purchasing a new dryer rather than getting it fixed. Peter was kind enough to reimburse us for the parts he used that in the end we did not need. All this during the Christmas holiday season. I would recommend his service.
