We had water before bed and we knew our bladder was gone for months on our holding tank, but the next day we had no water. I called the company that I had been on their waiting list since June and was told 1 hour later that the tech had gone to another job and to call around!
I contacted Prompt Plumbing and was told they would have someone out in about 2 hrs. Both my husband and I were so impressed that we could get it fixed. Once tank was replaced, which was not installed properly (setup and very difficult to access due to the fact connections were installed towards the back wall making it almost impossible to fix - pressure plate or see regulator). He set it up so we could easily access it in the future. Unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue of no water. He went above and beyond to determine the issue. It turned out that since the pump was continually kicking in, it burned out the submersible pump and from rocking back in forth actually cheafed the wires which corroded from our salt water. It may have taken just over 5 hours to fix, but he insured that all wires/connections were protected so that in the future the same issues will not happen.
We were also impressed that didn't have to pay life and limb for this service! I will most definitely use them again in any future needs!!! Highly recommend Prompt Plumbing!!!!
