I am, admittedly, cheap by nature and have over-analyzed my purchase. I've concluded that there is so much value in purchasing from a local dealer that stands behind their products.
Bert and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go over-and-above in terms of customer service. I'm extremely happy with my hot tub.
If you have the slightest thought of purchasing elsewhere, do yourself a favour and simply go in to talk with one of the staff.... I trust you'll be happy you did!
