When I phoned them after arriving at the airport said they did not have a car for me and they did not know when one would be available. My holiday depended on me having a car so after some research I phoned Praticar. They didn't have a car that day but did have one available 4 days later. I told them I would take it. Within half an hour they phoned me back to say a car had just been returned and I could have it. Yay Brenda & Brittney. You saved my holiday. Discount never did call to say they had a car available.
