(August 13, 2022, 7:09 pm)We stopped for a late lunch on a Thursday in August. Service was friendly and fast, prices were reasonable, and that was quite possibly the best seafood chowder we've tried in the maritime provinces. It was fresh, flavorful, and full of seafood without too much potato as filler. We would have bought a second bowl, but we filled up on the lobster poutine -- which was a new treat for us, and now we might never be able to go back to traditional versions. It was that good!

(July 20, 2022, 5:11 pm)The lobster roll was tasty, with a good amount of meat, not too much mayo, on a toasted bun. Excellent traditional milkshakes. Could not be more convenient for anyone arriving or departing on the Wood Island ferry, but we drove over from Northumberland Provincial Park. Take out only, but there are picnic tables if the weather is good.
