(August 10, 2021, 3:37 pm)Stayed at the barrage sector. Beautiful location. Very peaceful. 500km of ATV and motocross trails all the way around the lake. Clean waters. Nice spot to take a break from technology. They do not over book the area which is very nice.

The only negative was there seemed to be no one working on weekdays. We asked the day prior at what time the staff working at the kayak rental booth would show up, he said 9am. We showed up around 9:30am, he was not there. Came back at noon, still not there. Other people were looking for him too. -

(September 16, 2020, 11:16 pm)Easily one of the most beautiful rustic campgrounds I've ever been to. The lake is beautiful; the entire place is incredibly peaceful. You can see the entire Milky Way on a clear night. The campgrounds are well-maintained and the canoe rentals in great condition. A real hidden gem.
