- Beaucoup de machines, dont virtuellement pas d'attente pour s'entraîner.
- Pas de jugement ou d'attitude hautaine de la part des autres personnes.
- Très agréable les lits d'hydromassage et les chaises de massage.
- Bonne ventilation dans l'aire d'entraînement, agréable en été et en hiver.
Points négatifs :
- Les machines cardio de marque "Matrix" ont moins de modes et sont plus limitées que les autres marques de machines.
- Tapis roulants face au miroir, difficile de lever la tête pour regarder les téléviseurs.
- Trop de ventilation dans les douches, il fait très froid!
Somme toute, un bon gym pas cher pour s'entraîner sans entraîneur. -
