I was a unique case where I was purchasing from out of province and having the vehicle shipped. My initial worries were quickly put to rest upon connecting with Felix. He was incredibly accommodating and I received 100% transparency. He was very friendly and helpful; answered all my pestering questions, sent multiple detailed 4k videos of the car so I knew exactly what I was getting and never broke contact until the car landed in my possession and I was happy.
The individuals at Grand Portage are A1 and I would buy from them with complete confidence once again. Compared to my previous dealer experiences, this one easily takes the cake. Shout out to Felix for being a Rockstar and going above and beyond, ensuring a stress free car purchase. Couldn't be happier :)
