What customer service!!!! This team saved my vacation. Leaving Montreal for a road trip to the Maritimes. Returned to Riviere-du-Loup, I hear a suspicious noise in a wheel, which compromises my journey, especially since my time is tight.

I contacted several garages in the region, all very nice, but no one can help me in the short term. Returned to Mécanique 360, we test the vehicle on the spot, question of confirming the diagnosis. Despite a full schedule, the consultant rearranged some less urgent jobs, ordered the parts on the spot, lent me a courtesy vehicle and two hours later I was back on the road. How efficient!!

Very good service, we were welcomed without an appointment and it was settled within an hour

We were travelling from PEI to Ontario and our van suddenly started making a terrible sound, so we made our way to this place because they had someone who spoke English. We got there and they immediately looked at the van (knowing we were on a long road trip and didn’t want to waste the whole day), and fixed it within half an hour and charged us nothing for it to help us out! Made us cry!

A January 2 under the snowstorm while all the surrounding garages were closed. We were very kindly welcomed and repaired our tire which had deflated due to a nail. Thanks again!
