I signed the contract for my bathroom vanity at the end of April. The delivery listed on the contract was 6 to 8 weeks. I had chosen a counter in the same color as the doors. The person in charge was to check in mid-May if everything would be available. I receive news at this time and am told that it will be doable by the scheduled date. After 8 weeks, I had no news. So I sent 2 emails and left a voicemail message. No return in 48 hours of emails ... the day after the call, I had to go to the office to get an answer. There had been a delay at the counter but no one had warned me. We had tried to resolve the problem without contacting me to tell me about the delays. I had several telephone conversations with the same responsible person thereafter. I couldn't be compensated for the delay. She was telling me it wasn't their fault so they weren't going to do anything. If I wanted the counter for mid July I had to change the color otherwise I was going to have it mid August. So that's the decision we made. The delivery was included in the contract but not the installation. I received everything in the week of July 12 (3 weeks late). One of the delivery people couldn't help so my partner had to help even though it wasn't planned. They also arrived late. The man who couldn't help was very dry when he spoke to me. He wanted me to sign the delivery sheet without giving me time to check. When I insisted he sighed and was even dumber. I really didn't get good service from them. I paid $ 800 more for this product to have it at the end of June and not the end of August from another bidder. To have known I would have waited. The product is well made, but it's not worth $ 800 more for the trouble I had and the number of follow-ups I had to do.
