The contact with Jessica Côté was very effective even if we had a little trouble getting information about the number of passengers allowed. When we had a problem on the road (Kansas), we had a good level of support from Caravane Marco to help us find a repairman.

The biggest problem we had was with the guy who presented the vehicle to us before departure. A kind of arrogant who had a speech to make instead of answering our questions. And no one from the staff was able to put the GPS back in French when it was in Korean. I succeeded myself after 3 days. Luckily I had my own GPS. On the other hand, they added a seat belt in the vehicle after the misunderstanding on the number of places in travel mode versus the number of sleeping places.
