The pastries from Eddy Laurent and the chocolates are absolutely divine! We enjoy regularly tasting their new products which stimulate the taste buds of the gourmets that we are extremely well! An unparalleled service, in short, go ahead and enjoy!

I'm a big chocolate fan and this place is in my top 10%.
Great quality and good selection. The service is also good.
Btw, if you come here, try the little cafe/breakfast place next door. It's also amazing.
What a sublime place! Even though I'm allergic to nuts and peanuts, the chocolates I offered to those around me brought a smile to many people's faces. Their recent pastry section keeps developing new desserts such as the blueberry éclair that I photographed below. No worries about the quality of the chocolate, as everything is packaged on site by attentive staff.

🏴 Flag as inappropriateExcellent experience. I had been recommended this place for quality artisanal chocolate in Quebec and I was not disappointed. The employees (including the owner and producer, Eddy Laurent), are friendly and not at all haughty. They will kindly answer all your questions, whether you already have knowledge on the subject or not at all. The chocolate is excellent and not too expensive. There are classic pure chocolate bars with cocoas from different origins, individual chocolates with different flavors and cocoa contents, tasting boxes, etc.
The most interesting in my opinion: the "Bean to Bar" which means that the chocolatier (Eddy Laurent) has control over the production of the chocolate bar from A to Z, from the reasonable purchase of the pod of cocoa to the final product. Anyway, that's what I understood. Real craftsmanship, took very interesting!
I was able to buy the equivalent in Paris from a renowned producer, it was more expensive... And in euros! At an exchange rate of 1.6 I advise you to go less far and buy from Eddy Laurent. Nice discovery.
