    If you pass in the corner, it's worth the detour !, Not far from Victo! Very nice people and their bread flour !! Wow the best of all the whole wheat flours I have found so far! To discover! Too bad it is difficult to find in Montreal

    Flours they have and all kinds. I tried the bread and the pastry and frankly tasted the difference. I couldn't match the quality of their waffles though, luckily I had stocked up on them anyway as they freeze very well. Their large 5-6 inch diameter cookies always make kids lustful when the last one comes out of the bag

    Always excellent flours and advice that comes with it. I like to go take my tour, the bakery products are really good! I also like the new pie crust or the Christmas cookies for children. Regarding the conservation of flour, indeed, it is in the fridge or freezer. We must not forget that these are ORGANIC foods ... ...

    We have been using flour from the Lapierre mill for several years. Always satisfied with the freshness and its high quality. Difficult to find better. Whether for sourdough bread, pastries or pizza! she is marvellous!
