(January 21, 2016, 11:22 pm)What an amazing atmosphere, very welcoming family oriented place to learn, we signed our son up a few months ago, and he loves it, if I had known about it when my daughter was little I would have taken her too! I love the respect and discipline they teach whilst having fun and getting fit. What can I say, if you are not going, You are missing out!!!

The energy there is very inspiring and it motivates me to keep training to get fitter and better at self-defense. The community there is very friendly and will gladly help you out if you have trouble understanding. Great school, 5/5
