  I ordered a set of all season tires for my car. In the order process the summer tires showed up and me went through the process of the order. I realized my mistake and call them the next working day. The have accomodated me by adjusting my order and issue the credit. There are some manual leg work that was involved in the process. My problem got resolved in a matter of two days with the credit that is due me included. About 10 emails were exchanged and I am a happy customer. I should have rated them for 5 but system glitched happened but accomodated me. I recommend dealing with them.

  I wasn't sure about buying my tires online, but their customer service was very impressive. The price of the tires was excellent. The whole process was extremely smooth. Would definitely go this route again.

  Convenient and easy way to shop for tires. A great shopping experience. Just input my make, model and postal code and lots of tire options and local installers were presented.
