It was a true pleasure working with both Sams from Polarbear Canada. They first came in for an overdue maintenance and we're very nice. They were on time and did an amazing job. Later on I was having some issues with the same unit they just cleaned and they came at the end of the day. Did a full diagnostic and made sure to give us the proper information and next steps to follow. Truly amazing service I cannot recommend them more!!!

The entire customer experience is excellent. From the start the shopping and order process was made effortless with the help of the responsive and knowledgeable sales team on the phone (Alexa and Amelia). An appointment was scheduled within 2 weeks time given I called only in May during their busy times. The installation technicians, Philippe and Romain, arrived first thing in the morning. They came organized with their setup and install procedures. They explained their plan upfront and kept me posted the whole time. They even took the extra time to patch up some potential wiring issues in my panel. Within a little over 4 hours, they completed their install and left no mess behind. Very friendly, knowledgeable and responsible team. I am pleased!

From start to finish Alexa has been very professional. Been dealing with them on and off since 2020 and finally pulled the trigger. Got a split unit heat pump 18000 BTU Daikin installed. The installers were good. Unfortunately there was a hiccup during the install but they were quick to come by again the next day to rectify the situation. All in all, highly recommended and would use them again. Fair Price and Sam the owner is extremely knowledgeable and won't sell you something if it won't work optimally unlike other HVAC companies that I've dealt with.

I was introduced to Polar Bear when I needed to get my air conditioner professionally cleaned. After cleaning and verification, the technician noticed a refrigerant leak - and the team in the office (specially Alexa) was quick to guide me through all available options. They ordered the piece for me and took care of coil repair. I appreciated that Alexa kept me in the loop, all steps of the way. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable from technician to office team. I would recommend Polar Bear.
