Hôpital Vétérinaire Victoria ????

Le service avec les technicien-nes et vétérinaires est très professionnel et courtois. C'est plutôt le service avec les personnes à la caisse qui manque d’accueil et de sourire. À plusieurs reprises la personne s'est montrée ferme, pas souriante et très peu cordiale. De plus, je reçois à tous les mois (oui à tous les mois depuis plus d'un an) plus de 4 à 5 téléphones, de la part de la clinique, pour me rappeler les traitements de mon chien. J'ai dit plusieurs fois qu'ils n'avaient pas besoin de le faire et que je ne répondrais plus, car je rappellerais moi-même, mais rien ne change. Et à cela s'est ajouté, dernièrement, des textos pour me rappeler ses traitements... Ce genre de service s'apparente plus à de la vente sous-pression qu'à un service clientèle axé sur le besoin et la réalité du client.

Great place!!! I don't know for people that had a bad experience at this place but, in my defense. I been bringing all my dogs to this vet for years and they always manage to keep me satisfied. Good service, good prices!

I have had bad experiences with one particular staff member who works as a receptionist. Her name is Terry, she always talks to me like I am a bother to her and makes me feel like I am a waste of her time. I have had great experiences with all the veterinarians and veterinary technician, they have all been nice and accomadating to both me and my pets, except for this one person that makes me feel unwelcome whenever I am there or call the veterinary hospital.

Went today to the clinic at Greenfield park and got very Bad client service , I only requested a Health Certificate for my dog, cause I'll be travelling soon and was surprised in a very bad way that they didn't want to give one , even though I paid for the consultation , I asked for it in my first visit and it was refused but I thought it was a misunderstanding then I came back today and found the same attitude even the secretary was angry and I still don't know ¿WHY?.
