Thetford worked to transform his old image with his new image...
There is an exceptional quality of life... there are plenty of services and shops easily accessible... while being close to nature, lakes, mountains, hiking trails (and mountain biking).
The city is experiencing a renaissance with the construction of new buildings, shops, restaurants.
With large urban centers like Montreal and Quebec that are overcrowded and have almost indecent real estate prices.... Thetford Mines is positioning itself better and better to offer a quality of life increasingly sought after by families. , retirees etc.
PS: That being said, it would take an ''effort'' to plug the potholes... it's the pavement in the pond that arouses the grumbling of several motorists... -
