Thetford Honda

Well, my wife bought a used vehicle at this dealership and we had already bought in another Honda dealership and we had an incredible service, as if we were buying a new vehicle, even if we were buying a 2005 and I was expecting the same service at Thetford Honda.

First thing that disappointed me not really the same experience as the one I had had elsewhere. Second thing that disappointed me the car had not been waxed or polished and it was in dire need of it, we had to have it done elsewhere. Third thing when a problem arises we are told that it is an old vehicle with mileage and that it is not their fault, I agree but as a Honda dealer I expected better.

Finally they recovered very well, sorted out all the problems with the car at their expense and paid us a full tank of gas since we had to do several round trips and that it was not very close to with us.

What is pleasant is that they can register the car in the garage so no need to run the SAAQ to register the car.

Also I ordered a part for my car and the parts service was great he left the part for me so I could pick it up in the evening when the parts department was closed.
