I had an 8 'sliding door installed. in May 2021. I am completely satisfied with the product and its quality. Two problems arose during the installation: the screen door had a hole in a top corner, and the installation of the interior finish on the floor was not satisfactory and did not take into account the heating grid. In the afternoon, the director, Mr. David Hémond, visited us to see the problems and quickly offered us solutions to remedy them. Mr. Hémond's attention to his clients and his ability to use the skills of his team to satisfy us make me completely satisfied and recommend his team.

Being a very demanding person by nature. I was looking for the best door and window product for my home. There is so much competition in this field that the choice becomes difficult to make, I wanted at all costs to avoid the horror stories that I read about their competitors. Fenplast's products greatly impressed me with their very high quality. There remained the installation to convince me. But now it's done. Wow and that Wow what a team. I assisted and followed the installers throughout the two days of installation (they must have found me annoying, a thousand apologies). The installation team is remarkably professional, meticulous, concerned, competent and of the highest quality. Congratulations on their fine work. There were a few well-justified and well-explained little extras that I accepted. Representative Manon has always been attentive to my needs and advised me very well.
