One of the little slats broke because I jumped my 250 pound person on the bed and it broke and customer service sent me the replacement part for absolutely free because it has a five year warranty! Awesome

She shipped out a new top and hardware no questions asked. No hassle no pictures no claim forms. I will do business with them in the future.
