    I meant to write this review immediately the first day!! Their olive bread is to die for!! sooo delicious!! and the olives are fresh, not dry. I wish I could describe it better, but please have it!! I also tried their maple walnut scone and that was amazing too. I had it with some cream on the side. Heaven. I'm definitely going back to try other things.

    An Aylmer institution in the making.

    It offers spectacular artisan breads and baking, as well as a selection of local cheeses, honey and sauces.

    The baguette and Pain Sophie are especially good.

    The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars is because too often they are out of bread by 3 or 3:30 in the afternoon, which isn't helpful for folks who work more traditional hours.

    Note that they are closed on Monday and Tuesday.
