They lose 2 stars for poor customer service policies and poor communication.
Once I agreed to hire them, I never received any notification of when they would come. They did not provide a time or even day and I was simply woken at 7:30am one day by someone walking on my roof.
They didn’t even knock on the door to tell me they would be going up on the roof.
When I explained that I felt this was unacceptable, I was told that it is their standard practice and it was up to me to indicate I wanted to be told when they would come. So as the customer, I am expected to know that this policy of not respecting my personal property exists and then ask them not to invade my home without warning? That is frankly poor customer service.

The work itself was well done and the price was competitive. The initial consultation was quick and easy. They were honest when I asked about the products and did not try to sell me a more expensive product that I didn’t need.

Excellent work. Service was good. The workers came and installed without us even knowing they were here. It's been a year and we've had no issues. Highly recommended.

Honestly, the best company I have ever dealt with. Got a quote on Wednesday, (price was unbeatable) gave the go ahead Thursday. Was told it will be done in 2-3weeks. To my amazement I get home from work early Friday and there is one guy there. He did the whole thing. He’s name was Nick. Was amazed how fast he did it ALONE!!! I have a 2 storey home. I would recommend them to everybody. Fast,efficient!!!! Thank you modern!!!!
