(October 27, 2018, 10:35 pm)I walked in not knowing what I needed for my pet lizard and upon asking an employee she gave me excellent advice on exactly what I needed. Just like any other pet shop, the prices are relatively high and so the lady recommended that I buy miscellaneous items elsewhere in order to save money. I appreciated the customer service.

Best prices around hands down. Employees are very knowledgeable, answering any question you may have.
I had a filter valve break on me. I called a few places and I was told left and right I needed to replace the entire system. I called this store and was asked to bring it in for testing.
After a few minutes, the store manager had fixed the filter, mentioning that the valve simply needed to be replaced.
This simple fix saved me the price of a brand new filtration system which retails over $350.00.
A great example of client over profit.
I have been returning on a religious basis every two weeks since.
