First of all, as you stated, you were not even there, so what you are saying is just hearsay. Also tell me of any other company who would take so much time 35 minutes PLUS, to listen to their clients' concerns.? I can recall our conversations, and I remember telling you that your statement about Michel being rude and unprofessional was simply IMPOSSIBLE, again, you were not there. He never was, nor ever has been! I also called you back, but you did not answer.
