  The service and service representative Marc was excellent. Always courteous, helpfull and very professional. He makes it easy to bring your car in and just as easy to leave when it is ready.

  THE SERVICE WITH WEST ISLAND FORD WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I HAVE DEALT WITH OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND OTHER BRANDS OF VEHICLES BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT WEST ISLAND FORD HAS SURPASSED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

  Purchased a 2018 Escape from Ford West Island, since we had that cold spell, my tire pressure light came on. I was surprised at this happening. Well, I figured I would stop by the dealer after work to see what was up. I saw my salesman Sam, who is always so polite and helpful, he took care of everything. It was rather late for the service department, most the mechanics were gone but he managed to find someone to check-out the tires. Well, it was all resolved in no time. I’ve had other little mishaps with the vehicle, nothing to do with the manufacture but myself not being careful. I stopped by and Sam the salesman took care of it with the service department.

  I arrived a few minutes before my 7:00 AM Monday morning appointment and was pleased to see the doors opened at exactly 7:00 o'clock. Mr Jack Asseraf greeted me, took my information and offered me a complimentary coffee and muffin for breakfast. The work was done promptly and efficiently. I Was given a full written report which was explained verbally and then Jack asked if I had any questions. I had none, since they found my Fiesta to be in great shape. I am truly very satisfied.
