Had a deal for a trade-in thru email. Went to the store did the trade but realize back home that they charged me 60$ too much in the trade. Call back the day after asking for the refund, they didn't want to give it back to me. Asked a couple of times, they understand where it went wrong but won't give ma back my money.... Would not do business again

This is my experience with Music Red One, they have an awesome staff, very friendly and knowledgeable and have the best musical instruments anywhere. They shipped the G&L Bass guitar to Winnipeg I purchased from them in perfect condition, it was packed very well and came on time.
