J'ai eu la chance de prendre plusieurs classes de yoga cet été, tout ce que je peux dire c'est WOW ????
Chaque enseignante est différente dans son style mais toutes ont en commun notre bien être. Elles sont très expérimentées et nous corrigent si la posture pourrait être mieux. J'ai suivi des classes avancées et jamais je ne me suis sentie mal à l'aise. On est encouragé à suivre notre propre rythme ainsi que respecter nos limitation si tel est le cas.
Bref, bel environnement et enseignantes dévouées ????
