Snowmelting.ca is just such a company. The entire team takes friendliness, professionalism and competence to another level. Even when there are issues involving another subcontractor, they still take care of all issues and repairs without any trouble or hassle to the client. Our driveway repair was complicated due to width, length, and inclination issues yet the job was done seamlessly. The Chrystal System is also worth its weight in gold! My only hope is that this company continues to thrive and prosper as it is definitely a business model to emulate. Much thanks to Eric, Jessica, Maria, and the entire team.

In 2020 purchased a home which included a heated driveway and staircase designed and installed by Eric Aquip/Snowmelting Inc. I had no previous background with this type of system and during the following 2 seasons called Eric for assistance on 3 occasions. He responded quickly, answered my questions and patiently walked me through how to program the system controller when I wanted to adjust the options. Additionally, I elected to upgrade the system circuit breakers when I was out of town and was comfortable remotely providing Eric access to me home.

Rarely will you encounter such a professional, and dedication to quality in their product and service. We got their system installed in front of our clinic to secure the entrance of our customers more than a year ago and the front surface to the sidewalk all the way to our access ramp (wheelchairs) have been free of ice and snow ever since. The workers were not only polite and careful -they had great ideas that have helped facilitate the access to the clinic while the work was done.

Eric, Jessica and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. They delivered stellar work at every stage of the project with significant attention to detail from start to finish. Always friendly, ready to answer questions and to provide advice along the way. They were also very respectful of not only our property during the work, but also that of our neighbours. They do things the right way. We could not be happier with the final result, aesthetically it is absolutely beautiful and functionally speaking the heating system (driveway and walkway) has not missed a beat, works like a charm.
