  The products are modern and good quality, however very disappointed on the delay for the delivery. They pretend the product will be available in a specific month while selling them at the store, when in fact we received them a month later with no compensation at all. In addition, they do not proactively call you to let you know about these delay. I had to call the store and customer service over 5 times to have an update on furnitures we already have paid for and did not receive on the delivery date they have given us previously.

  Purchased my couch yesterday, and delivered to my door this morning! Now that’s what I call quick turnaround! Staff was friendly and helpful as well! .... ps. They allow pups in the store! A bonus for the doggy parents :)
