Duc de Lorraine

We were visiting Montreal, looking for great pastries and found Duc de Lorreine. The trip was definitely worth it. We tried a few and they all were incredible. Great compliment to out double espresso :)

Brought my husband's parents here for an incredible meal during a weekday. Our server was lovely and the food was awesome. They have a fine selection of wine and beers which we all enjoyed. I will have to go back to try the coffee and pastries.

Went for the first time today. Only had one coffee but I was welcomed and treated so warmly that I have to say something.

Thank you to everyone that makes this place so special. I will most definitely be back through out the months and years to come.

Duc de Lorraine is a great place to have French food in Montreal. The waiters have great sympathy and even help you teaching you some French.

Onion soup is amazing and you can't go wrong with mushrooms cream (or soup, don't remember). Amazing.

Salmon tartar is simple but delicious. We asked half fries, half salad and that made the dish even greater.

And the desserts were the higher point of the evening. Can't recommend enough the Cafe Religiouse. (picture)
